report emergencies, criminal activity, and suspicious persons in an well-judged and timely manner to the Campus Safety office at 717.815.1314 or the towardly local police department by calling 911. Sexual misconduct is a serious violation of the College’s lawmaking of conduct. Sexual misconduct includes any sex treason including but not limited to sexual assault, rape/acquaintance rape, sexual harassment, sexual exploitation, sexual coercion, and sexual exposure. SEXUAL MISCONDUCT is specified by YorkHigherof Pennsylvania, as threats of or deliberate physical contact and/or other self-mastery of a sexual nature, which is versus flipside person’s will or without consent.ConstructiveCONSENT is informed, freely and urgently given, mutually understandable words or deportment which indicate a willingness to participate in mutually well-set upon sexual activity. Consent is not constructive if it results from incapacitation, the use of physical force, threats, intimidation, or coercion. To have sexual contact with someone who you know to be or should know to be incapable of making a rational, reasonable visualization well-nigh a sexual situation is INCAPACITATED sexual behavior.Planeif an incapacitated person says, “yes,” by word or action, valid consent for sexual self-mastery has not been given.
